Acknowledgement

These terms and conditions govern your use of Taptoclick Software provided by Oleksandr Usarov. By using Taptoclick, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and agree to comply with the terms below. Please, read them carefully before using Taptoclick. If you have any queries about Taptoclick or these Terms, you can contact us support@taptoclick.app. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software and you are prohibited from accessing this site.

Taptoclick may update the Terms from time to time. Any changes in the Terms will be incorporated into a revised Agreement that we will post on this page. Unless otherwise specified, such changes shall be effective when they are posted. It is the responsibility of the client to check for the new Terms & Conditions of the software once in a while.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Oleksandr Usarov do not offer any guarantees or assurances regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or accessibility of its services.

Taptoclick uses APIs provided by Apple and we makes no guarantees that the software will work properly on every single device or every version of macOS.

Your use of the Software and any reliance upon it, including any actions taken as a result, are solely at your own risk. The Licensed Software and any services provided by it are offered "As Is," with all faults and without any warranty. We regularly make fixes, enhancements, and upgrades to our Software for your benefit. Temporary unavailability of the Software may occur due to technical maintenance and IT infrastructure updates. Your sole remedy for any failure or nonperformance of the Software is for us to make commercially reasonable efforts to adjust or repair it. You bear the entire risk regarding quality, performance, accuracy, and effort. We welcome bug reports and will address them according to our schedule and rules. No oral or written information or advice from our customer service creates a warranty. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on consumer statutory rights, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

This Agreement is active until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions or otherwise fail to pay the fees and charges, if any, payable to us and associated with your use of the Software. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use and destroy, remove or delete all copies, full or partial, of the Software on your computer or device and otherwise in your possession or control. Any term or condition of this Agreement which by its plain meaning shall be and must be performed after termination shall survive termination.

Trial License Period

The app offers a free 10-day trial period. During this time, you can explore all features to see if the app functions well with your hardware or/and software setup and meets your requirements. After the 10 days trial is over, Taptoclick functionality will be disabled.

Purchased License

Upon purchasing a license for Taptoclick Software, users gain access to all features available in the purchased app version.

Major upgrades and features may be available at an additional upgrade cost. Licences are valid for the current major version of the app - v1.x.x and v2.x.x app versions require separate licenses.

One license key can be used to activate 3 devices.

One-time license purchase will not expire for the current major version. When a new major version arrives, you won't be forced to stop using the previous major version.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Taptoclick Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms of Service. You agree NOT to use Taptoclick Software:

Refund Policy

Please note that there is no automatic refund option available. All refund requests reviewed on a case-by-case basic.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@taptoclick.app with your purchase details and the reason for the refund. Upon receipt of your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will not be issued:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as if the app or service was partially defective, inaccessible for a significant period, or if we were unable to fix a problem.

Certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund even outside the standard conditions, such as legal requirements.

Miscellaneous

If any condition of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that condition will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force, in effect and enforceable.

You acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the comprehensive and exclusive understanding between Oleksandr Usarov and you, overriding and nullifying any prior written or verbal agreements, communications, or understandings pertaining to its subject matter. Any waivers or amendments must be documented and signed by both parties, except as explicitly stated herein. Neither party's delay or failure to exercise any rights or remedies under this Agreement, whether by law or equity, shall constitute a waiver of said rights or remedies.
